I was the marketing intern for VinePair, a digital media company that creates editorial content relating to wine, beer & spirits. I helped plan and execute an all-encompassing social media strategy. This entailed writing results-driven copy, and scheduling tweets and Pinterest posts daily. 

 

I developed cohesive graphics using in-house photography/illustrations for sponsored pins and tweets. Our Clients included Bombay Sapphire Gin, Napa Valley Wineries, Patrón and more. 

​

I tracked and reported Pinterest and Twitter (X) KPIs weekly to ensure the platform was growing at a consistent rate.

Idea Pins

While working at VinePair, I noticed Pinterest introduced “Idea Pins,” a new feature that was being heavily promoted by the algorithm. By staying up to date, I was able to shift VinePair’s existing Pinterest strategy and increase average daily impressions by 21% in 3 months. This ended up increasing VinePair’s website traffic and readership.
